| Instructions: | 1 c Flour 2/3 c Beer TT salt TT pepper 2 tb Oil 2 Eggs; separated
1. Mix flour, salt, pepper in a bowl. 2. In a separate bowl mix egg yolks, beer, & oil. 3. Mix all the above in a bowl together and let sit for 1 hour. 4. Whip egg whites into peaks and fold into the above mixture. NOTES : Good for 1 Day. |
