The way I made _MINE_ whe I was bartending was: scoop of ice in a blender add a dash or two of each: rum, blackberry brandy, bananna brandy, strawberry brandy, cointreau, creme de casis, malibu rum (or coco-lopez), some pineapple juice and blend well. transfer to hurricaine glass and float 1 Oz of dark rum on top. drink _slowly_ because they are POTENT and sneak up on you like a good "Iced Tea" will. |
