Wine Marinade or Basting Sauce for Beef

Spirit: Cooking with Alcohol Bar Drinks
Instructions:
1 Lemon
1/4 c Dry white wine
2 Cloves garlic; crushed
1 tb Dried oregano
1 Bay leaf; crumbled
White pepper; freshly ground
1 1/2 lb Beef or lamb

Squeeze the lemon directly into a bowl. Whisk in the remaining ingredients,
adding a liberal amount of pepper. Marinate the meat on both sides for a
few hpurws or overnight. When ready to broil, drain the meat and baste with
the reserved marinade while cooking.

Calories and nutrients are negligable. Do not have to count.
