| Instructions: | 1/2 ts Garlic 1/2 ts Ginger 1/2 ts Smoked apple bacon 8 oz Cooked rice 1 ts Diced onion 1 ts Diced carrots 1 ts Diced green onion 1 Egg 1/2 ts Butter 1 ts Soy sauce Salt and pepper to taste
Directions: Toast the garlic, ginger and apple bacon in a wok with a little oil. Add the cooked rice to the wok and fry the cooked rice. Add the onion, carrots and green onion and continue to cook. Scramble the egg in a bowl and add to the rice and vegetables. Toss to cook. Add the butter, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Toss in wok and serve. |
