| Instructions: | 2 Limes; peeled and cut into ; sections 2 oz Tequila; preferably Cuervo ; Gold 1 sm White onion; diced 2 tb Hot pepper jelly 2 tb White wine 1 tb Sherry or Champagne vinegar 1 tb Fresh cilantro; chopped 1 ts Toasted cumin seeds
Mix all the ingredients and let stand for 1 hour. For garnish, use carrot peels and chives. |
