1/3 C Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/4 C Sugar
3 Cups Milk

1 | | Instructions: | Blend cocoa and sugar in a saucepan. Add water, mix thoroughly
(a wire whisk is ideal). Add optional spices. Bring to a boil
over medium heat and boil about a minute. Remove from heat, add
vanilla or liqueur, and serve in mugs.
