South Seas Kahlua | | Ingredients: | 2 Oz Instant Coffee
3 1/2 Cups Sugar
2 1/4 Cups Brandy
1 Vanilla Bean -- cut in half
| | Instructions: | Combine instant coffee, sugar and 2 cups boiling water; stir in
brandy. Pour into 2 bottles; add vanilla bean to each bottle.
Seal and let age for at least 30 days. Yields 2 fifths.
