6 cups Strawberry slices -- fresh
2 tablespoons Orange flavored liqueur -- OR
juice
8 ounces Light cream cheese
3 tablespoons Brown sugar
1 tablespoon | | Instructions: | Toss strawberries with 2 tb liqueur in small bowl. Place cream
cheese product, brown sugar, 1 tb liqueur and milk in food processor
or blender container; process until well blended. Serve over strawberries. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
