Beer Marinade

Spirit: Cooking with Alcohol Bar Drinks
Instructions:
1 ts Garlic powder
2 tb Onion flakes
1/4 c Pecans; chopped fine
1 ts Tarragon
2 tb Butter
1 ts Cornstarch
1 c Nonalcoholic beer
2 c Cheddar cheese; grated
3 oz Cream cheese
French bread; diced

Place the garlic, onion, pecans, tarragon and butter in a sauce pan
and cook until golden. In a separate bowl, combine cornstarch and
beer & add to the onion mixture. Cook and stir until thickened. Add
the cheddar and cream cheese & stir until melted. Serve with French
bread. Yields 12 portions
