| Instructions: | 1/2 c Butter or margarine 1 1/2 c Firmly packed brown sugar 2 tb Light corn syrup 1/2 c Whipping cream 1/2 c Raisins 1/8 ts Rum extract
Directions; Melt butter i medium saucepan. Stir in brown sugar and syrup. Bring to a boil. Cook until sugar is dissolved. Stir constantly. Stir in whipping cream; return to boil. Remove from heat. Stir in raisins and rum extract. Serve warm over ice cream or dessert. Store in refrigerator. This sauce makes a wonderful gifts.
